BEGINNERS. learn the basics; the poses, the breath, the practice.

YOGA FLOW. vinyasa style, all levels.

POWER. turn up the intensity of a flow class just a bit. a little more play, and upbeat music to motivate your movement.

SLOW FLOW. slow paced vinyasa style. all levels, beginners welcome!

GENTLE. slow paced; focus is on flexibility, opening, lengthening, and balancing. beginners welcome!

YIN. slow paced practice. holding stretches/poses for 1-5 minutes to get to the deep fascia releasing tension. yin increases flexibility, slows the nervous system, and calms our busy mind.
